For how many campsites that are available this one can get very quiet at night and if your lucky enough to get a campsite by the creek you will find your evenings and mornings very soothing. This super beautiful campground is ideally located, right on the shore of Lake Mary, the largest lake in Mammoth Lakes region. A nice campground with many sites to choose from, Coldwater is a nice campground for both R.V. I even had 2 hammocks up. We were lucky to get a spot on a busy week with no reservations. Recreation We also spent some time checking out the Consolidated Goldmine. It felt like the site next to us (49) was right on top of us because of their tent position to our trailer. and make a right.From he... Also known as "Crowley Hot Springs", Wild Willey's is located a short drive from Mammoth Lakes. You can drive to town in 5 minutes (Mammoth Lakes), so we went to Vons and got donuts and other stuff after depleting our supplies... it was great!
